IDEO's Human Centered Design Toolkit (P.S. it's free!)
IDEO keeps on pushing the HCD forward. The recently published free (!) toolkit emancipates all of us (design savvy small start-ups, NGOs, organizations big and small, etc) to utilize human centered design principles in creating new and better solutions for and with people.
They have provided all the needed tools to learn and understand what human centered design is and how it can and should be used in practice. The toolkit includes specific guides for the fieldwork that help to conduct the research, as well as a great guide to help to create actionable knowledge and insight from the research findings.
